Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund. However, please note that we are unable to cancel orders once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We are committed to customer satisfaction and accept product returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
- Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Shipping Costs: Customers will be charged for shipping costs only once (this includes returns). There will be no restocking fee charged to consumers for returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Bank Account: First, verify that the refund has not been posted to your account.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company: Sometimes, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Contact your credit card company for further information.
- Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. Contact your bank to inquire about the status of your refund.
- Contact Us: If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at newvarious@outlook.com. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue promptly.
